About Us

Alicia M. Bailey is the CEO/Founder of Women Ministers Network Incorporated, a non-profit organization designed to empower and connect women preachers and ministers. Through her call to ministry, she has blessed the hearts of many through her preaching, teaching, and singing. Alicia Bailey is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She was born into a Christian family of many singers and ministers including her aunt, Gospel Legend Pastor Shirley Caesar. 

Minister Bailey attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. She later attended Winston-Salem State University for graduate school where she received her Masters Degree in Education. Soon after, Minister Bailey attended Gardner Webb University where she earned her Principalship and Administrative Licensure for Education. Minister Bailey has also studied Theology at Vintage Bible College.

God has called her as a minister/evangelist to preach and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Minister Bailey was called to minister and preached her initial sermon under the leadership of the Kimberly Park Holiness Church where she first became the Youth Minister and later became an Associate Minister of the Ministry and Women’s Ministry Coordinator. She was ordained and licensed for ministry under the doctrine of the Holiness Church of God Inc., where Bishop Arnie Hunter Joyce is Presiding Senior Bishop. She currently serves under the spiritual guidance of Love and Faith Christian Fellowship Church, where Michael Thomas is Senior Pastor.

Minister Bailey served as a member of Clergy for the Winston-Salem Obama-Biden Chapter for the 2008 Presidential Campaign. She is a member of the NAACP and the Winston-Salem Urban League.  She has also served as the Vice-President of the Southeastern District Young People’s Association of the Holiness Church of God.

She has been blessed with a singing voice and talent. Minister Alicia Bailey began vocal training at the age of five. She joined the cast of the National Black Repertory Company in the production of “The Black Nativity" written by Langston Hughes. She has also appeared on the "Praise Discovery Show" in Atlanta, Georgia and was a finalist in the Ms. Gospel USA Pageant. She is also the author of the children's book entitled "RUNRU Kanagroo".

Minister Bailey is the proud wife of Marquis Bailey of Winston-Salem, NC; who is an anointed man of God. Minister Alicia Bailey believes God is calling for spiritual wholeness in men and women everywhere. She is determined to follow the Christian principles and teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ.
